He is interested in the evolutionary developments that have given rise to the different functional properties of chemoreceptors and that have <span lang=\"de\">led to the development of broadly coordinated and highly specialized GPCRs <\/span>.  <\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u00dcbersetzung\"><span lang=\"de\">Among other things, he concentrates on the analysis of chemosensory receptors from the olfactory, taste and immune systems.
